Important Notice
Requests regarding shipping, returns, refunds, exchanges, and any other order-related matters submitted via WhatsApp, Instagram Direct Messages, or any other social media platforms will not be processed. Please contact us via our official business email address instead.
At The Archive Studios, every order is packed with attention and care. By placing an order with The Archive Studios, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping & Returns Policy.
Shipping
Order Processing
Once your order has been confirmed, our team will prepare it for shipment within 1–2 business days. Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or promotional periods may require additional processing time.
Delivery
Free shipping within Morocco. All orders are shipped with Cathedis, our Moroccan delivery partner. Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control. Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase. The Archive Studios cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
Return Requirements
Returned items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in their original packaging.
- Be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items that fail our quality inspection will not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the customer.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free within 7 days. After 7 days, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. The Archive Studios cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s) only. Shipping costs, customs charges, taxes, and additional service fees are non-refundable. As all orders are paid by cash on delivery, refunds are issued by bank transfer to the account details you provide, within 5–10 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Discounted items
- Promotional or complimentary products
- Gift cards
- Final Sale items
- Worn, washed, altered, damaged, or incomplete items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the issue
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to receive another size, colour, or style may return their eligible item and place a new order, subject to stock availability.
Our Right to Decline
The Archive Studios reserves the right to decline any return, exchange, or refund request that does not comply with this policy or where misuse of our returns policy is suspected.
