Delivery

Delivery takes place within 3-4 business days. Free shipping on orders of 1000 DH and above.

Exchanges & Returns

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Exchanges are only possible for a different size of the same item.
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Items showing signs of wear, perfume, or makeup will not be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Return shipping is covered by us only if the item is damaged or incorrect.
• Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
• If a delivery is refused, re-shipping fees will apply.
